The LD Ultra is a flat laying black/grey 500×250 Spanish slate that presents a beautiful gentle riven texture with a vertical grain. Due to the meticulous selection process at the quarry, production is lower than our other slates (40,000 per month, as opposed to 60,000), which in itself, is a testament to their quality control and pride in their products. Just like many of our slates, these too are quarried and split in La Baña, Spain.
