In order to validate your slate’s guarantee, we will need to provide the quarry with the information outlined below. Once received, this information will be sent to the quarry to be assessed to ensure the slates have been fitted in accordance with BS 5534. 

The quarry from which you have been supplied slate, and Buy Roof Slate Ltd, reserve the right to refuse guarantees in the event of poor workmanship and failure to meet BS 5534.
