The La Baña Ultra is a very consistent slate that carries a 100-year guarantee. These slates are quarried not too far from our Samaca 33 and present a vertical grain, similar to Welsh slate. If you’re looking for a premium product that presents a riven surface, giving your new roof a natural slate look, the La Baña Ultra is a superb choice.
On paper these are 5mm-7mm in thickness, however, upon closer inspection, they are quite consistent at 6mm.
Quarried in La Baña (North west Spain). This region is famous for producing some of the highest quality slates, including our very own CA33 slate.
